Dacă sunteţi nemulţumit(ă) de produsul primit,wonderksale.com vă permite să îl returnaţi în termen de 14 zile lucrătoare de la data primirii produsului, cu respectarea condiţiilor de retur de mai jos:

Orice retur trebuie să fie precedat de o notificare de intenție de returnare a bunurilor. Această notificare poate fi făcută prin e-mail la adresa wonderksale@slggu.com. Retururile trebuie să fie însoțite de toate documentele primite în pachetul inițial de comandă și de chitanța primită de la firma de curierat - dovada plății, toate originalele


1. Refunds

The value of the product will be refunded to your account within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the return. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer. If the return conditions are not met, the product cannot be returned.
Attention! If you place an order during a special promotion and wish to receive a refund, all products ordered during that promotion must be returned for a refund.

2. Changing products

If you require a different product (model or size) than the one you are returning, we can assist you within the actual available stock in our warehouse. Products with the size requested for exchange can be delivered by courier to any specified address. The cost of shipping is your responsibility.
